使用OpenTelemetry Exporter时如何设置Azure指标命名空间？

在OpenTelemetry .NET生态中，并没有直接对应原Application Insights Library里MetricIdentifier的命名空间API，但可以通过以下两种方式实现相同的指标分组效果：

1. 使用Meter名称作为指标命名空间 #

OpenTelemetry的Meter实例名称会被Azure Monitor Exporter直接映射为指标的命名空间，这是最直接的替代方案：
