查询WMI类MSNdis_80211_BSSIList返回空实例，求survey执行方法及BSS信标IE获取方案

我尝试用PowerShell编程获取当前无线接入点列表，使用WMI Explorer 2.0.0.2提供的代码查询WMI类MSNdis_80211_BSSIList：

Perform a survey to refresh the NDIS 802.11 BSS list
（中文译：执行扫描以刷新NDIS 802.11 BSS列表）

但该类未说明如何执行扫描操作。Windows 10 SDK的wmicore.mof文件第6892行也定义了这个类，同样没有提及“survey（扫描）”的具体含义和执行方式。

我也考虑过其他获取详细BSS属性的方法，但可选方案有限，核心需求是能枚举信标信息元素（IEs）。
