如何修改ggseqplot绘制的序列图X轴标签？

因为ggseqdplot返回的是标准ggplot对象，直接用ggplot的刻度调整函数就能自定义X轴标签，具体操作如下：

• 先定义要显示的刻度位置和对应标签：

  # 按100间隔设置刻度位置（对应y100、y200...的索引位置）
  custom_breaks <- seq(100, 1400, 100)
  # 生成匹配的标签文本
  custom_labels <- paste0("y", custom_breaks)
  

• 给生成的图添加刻度调整层：

  library(ggseqplot)
  # 生成原始序列图
  plot <- ggseqdplot(mvad.seq)
  # 修改X轴刻度
  plot <- plot + scale_x_discrete(breaks = custom_breaks, labels = custom_labels)
  

如果原始X轴是数值型而非离散字符型，改用scale_x_continuous：

plot <- plot + scale_x_continuous(breaks = custom_breaks, labels = custom_labels)

要是原始轴标签是"y1"这类字符串格式，需要把custom_breaks也改成对应字符串：

custom_breaks <- paste0("y", seq(100, 1400, 100))
plot <- plot + scale_x_discrete(breaks = custom_breaks, labels = custom_breaks)
