针对特定阶段配置允许运行时编辑的变量，重新运行该阶段时可直接在运行配置界面修改变量值。

• 两种方式都无需跳转至变量组管理窗口，所有参数/变量修改操作都在重新运行的触发界面完成。
• 若使用的是Azure DevOps Server旧版本（低于2020），需先升级服务器以支持运行时参数特性。
