如何按段检查rasphone.pbk中IpInterfaceMetric并完成添加或修改？

需求说明 #

• 针对AOVPN设备隧道（AOVPN Device Tunnel）和用户隧道（AOVPN User Tunnel）两个VPN配置段，将IpInterfaceMetric的值统一设置为9
• 处理规则：
  • 若目标配置段内不存在IpInterfaceMetric项，添加该项并赋值为9
  • 若已存在该配置项，直接将其值修改为9

现有rasphone.pbk文件示例 #

当前脚本的问题 #

现有PowerShell脚本仅能全局检查和修改文件内容，无法针对指定的两个配置段单独处理，无法满足分段检查、修改或添加配置项的需求。当前脚本代码如下：

脚本核心逻辑 #

1. 先逐行遍历文件，跟踪当前所在配置段，对目标段内已有的IpInterfaceMetric行直接替换值为9
2. 遍历完成后，再次检查每个目标段是否存在该配置项，若缺失则在对应配置段内添加IpInterfaceMetric=9
3. 最终将修改后的内容写回原文件
