一、实现INS键的覆盖输入功能（输入替换光标旁字符） #

iOS原生UITextField没有内置的INS键模式，但可以通过自定义逻辑实现覆盖输入：

• 先声明一个布尔变量isOverwriteMode，用来标记当前是否处于覆盖输入状态
• 利用UITextField的代理方法textField(_:shouldChangeCharactersIn:replacementString:)处理输入逻辑：
