1. 修正color_changer.py的命令类定义 #

Sublime Text的自定义命令必须通过继承sublime_plugin.TextCommand的类来注册，且类名需遵循驼峰命名+Command后缀的规则（对应命令名为小写下划线格式）。你的color_changer.py没有定义对应类，导致Sublime无法识别color_changer命令，进而执行了缓存的旧命令。
