1. 手动确认并安装.NET Framework 4.8 #

错误码5100通常是系统不满足.NET 4.8安装条件，或脚本未检测到已安装的.NET版本：

• 打开控制面板→程序和功能→查看已安装的更新，搜索.NET Framework 4.8确认是否已安装。
• 若未安装，下载对应系统版本的.NET 4.8离线安装包，右键以管理员身份运行完成安装，之后重启电脑。
• 注意：Windows 7需先安装Service Pack 1及KB3063858等必要更新，否则无法安装.NET 4.8。
