GitLab Docker Autoscaler执行器构建时移除网络失败问题

问题场景 #

使用docker-autoscaler执行器运行GitLab Runner，搭配fleeting-plugin-aws插件，已完成Auto Scaling Group（ASG）配置且ASG功能正常，但作业执行失败，报错如下：
