RecyclerView中ClickListener异常：仅文本区域可触发点击

问题现象 #

开发的RecyclerView行布局采用ViewBinding实现，已为根布局（ConstraintLayout）绑定点击监听器settingsItemClickListener，但仅点击title或summary文本所在区域时监听器才响应；行内文本内容较少时，文本以外的空白区域点击无法触发监听器。界面显示列表行存在上下内边距，文本区域仅占行高的一部分，空白区域点击无反应。

问题原因 #

根布局ConstraintLayout未设置可点击的背景或点击属性，导致空白区域无法接收点击事件。当View没有背景时，系统会判定该区域不可触摸，点击事件会直接穿透，不会触发根布局的点击监听器。

解决方案 #

给根ConstraintLayout添加可点击背景或设置点击属性，确保整个行区域都能响应点击：

方案1：添加系统点击反馈背景（推荐） #

在根布局中添加android:background="?android:attr/selectableItemBackground"，既解决点击区域问题，又能提供点击时的视觉反馈：
