调用ASMX服务时DataTable中DateTime值异常变更的问题排查

问题成因 #

问题根源是ASMX服务的XmlSerializer序列化/反序列化机制，与数据库服务器无关：

• 数据库通过getdate()返回的是数据库服务器本地时间，消费端读取后存储为CST时区的DateTime（DateTimeKind.Local类型）。
• ASMX基于SOAP协议，使用XmlSerializer处理数据传输时，会将DateTimeKind.Local类型的时间转换为带时区偏移的UTC格式XML（例如2023-11-28T03:05:00-06:00）。
• 服务端位于ET时区，反序列化时会将UTC时间转换为服务端本地时区时间：CST的03:05:00对应UTC的09:05:00，转换为ET时区（UTC-5）就是04:05:00，因此出现1小时的差异。

ASMX中DateTime的工作机制 #

ASMX使用.NET XmlSerializer处理数据序列化，针对DateTime类型的规则如下：

• DateTimeKind.Local：序列化时会附加本地时区偏移，传输为带时区信息的XML；服务端反序列化时，会将其转换为服务端本地时区的DateTime。
• DateTimeKind.Utc：序列化时保留UTC标记，服务端反序列化后仍为UTC时间，不会进行时区转换。
• DateTimeKind.Unspecified：序列化时不附加时区信息，服务端会将其当作服务端本地时间处理，可能导致不可预期的偏移。

解决方法 #

1. 统一使用UTC时间传输（推荐） #

将时间转换为UTC后再传输，避免时区转换带来的歧义：

• 消费端发送前转换：

  For Each row As DataRow In dtTable.Rows
      Dim localDate As DateTime = CType(row("DataInsertedDate"), DateTime)
      row("DataInsertedDate") = localDate.ToUniversalTime()
  Next
  

• 服务端接收后可根据需求转换为本地时区，或直接存储UTC时间：

  Dim utcDate As DateTime = CType(row("DataInsertedDate"), DateTime)
  ' 转换为ET时区
  Dim etTimeZone As TimeZoneInfo = TimeZoneInfo.FindSystemTimeZoneById("Eastern Standard Time")
  Dim etDate As DateTime = TimeZoneInfo.ConvertTimeFromUtc(utcDate, etTimeZone)
  

2. 禁用时区转换（标记为Unspecified） #

通过DateTime.SpecifyKind将时间标记为Unspecified，让XmlSerializer不进行时区转换：

For Each row As DataRow In dtTable.Rows
    Dim originalDate As DateTime = CType(row("DataInsertedDate"), DateTime)
    row("DataInsertedDate") = DateTime.SpecifyKind(originalDate, DateTimeKind.Unspecified)
Next

注意：此方法要求两端对时间的语义达成一致（例如均认为时间属于同一时区），否则仍可能出现逻辑错误。

3. 使用DateTimeOffset替代DateTime #

将DataTable列类型改为DateTimeOffset，保留原始时间的时区偏移信息，传输过程中不会丢失时区上下文：

• 消费端转换：

  For Each row As DataRow In dtTable.Rows
      Dim localDate As DateTime = CType(row("DataInsertedDate"), DateTime)
      row("DataInsertedDate") = New DateTimeOffset(localDate)
  Next
  

• 服务端接收后可直接获取原始时间和偏移，按需转换时区：

  Dim dateOffset As DateTimeOffset = CType(row("DataInsertedDate"), DateTimeOffset)
  ' 转换为ET时区
  Dim etDate As DateTime = dateOffset.ConvertTimeToUtc().ToLocalTime()
