解决方案 #

• 登录Docker Hub：尽管Memgraph Platform镜像为公开镜像，但Docker Hub的匿名拉取可能存在限制，或本地Docker会话未正确认证。执行以下命令登录：

  docker login
  

  输入Docker Hub用户名和密码后，重新尝试拉取镜像。

• 指定具体版本号：避免使用latest标签，改用与成功运行的Memgraph一致的版本（如2.12.1）：

  docker run -p 7687:7687 -p 7444:7444 -p 3000:3000 --name memgraph memgraph/memgraph-platform:2.12.1
  

• 清理Docker缓存与无用资源：本地缓存的镜像元数据可能存在异常，执行清理命令后重新拉取：

  docker system prune -a
  

  确认清理后，再次运行Memgraph Platform的启动命令。

• 检查网络环境：若处于代理网络下，确保Docker代理配置正确；尝试切换至非代理网络，排除网络访问限制导致的认证错误。
