问题根源 #

1. n 是仅支持Linux/macOS的Node版本管理工具，Windows系统无法使用，因此执行npm install -g n会触发EBADPLATFORM错误。
2. 当前Node版本v18.12.1不满足npm 10.2.5的版本要求（需Node ^18.17.0 或 >=20.5.0），导致升级npm失败。

解决方法 #

方法一：官方安装包手动升级 #

• 下载对应Windows系统的Node LTS版本安装包（推荐18.17.0+或20.x系列）。
• 运行安装包，按向导完成安装，安装程序会自动覆盖旧版本并配置环境变量。
• 打开新终端，执行node -v和npm -v确认版本更新成功。

方法二：使用nvm-windows管理版本（推荐） #

• 下载nvm-windows安装包并完成安装。
• 打开终端，执行nvm list available查看可安装的Node版本。
• 安装指定版本：nvm install 18.17.0（替换为你需要的版本）。
• 设置默认使用该版本：nvm use 18.17.0。
• 验证版本后，执行npm install -g npm@latest即可正常升级npm。
