Angular项目ng serve启动失败问题排查及解决

经排查，问题根源在于CSS代码语法错误：

修改前：

.title & .smaller {
  color: $dark-blue;
  font-family: "Roboto";
  font-size: 20px;
  font-weight: 600;
  width: fit-content;
  margin: 0;
  padding: 0;
}

修改后：

.title {
  width: fit-content;
  & .smaller {
    color: $dark-blue;

}

从昨天起ng serve命令突然无法正常运行。项目最初基于Angular 16.2开发，无预警情况下该命令失效。已尝试升级所有相关依赖：Angular从16.2升至17，Node从20.4升至20.10，@angular-devkit从16.2升至17，但仍无法确定失败原因。请问这是代码错误还是版本兼容性问题？
