.git对象损坏引发连锁问题：执行git reset --hard后git add失败求助

问题描述
本地Git仓库的.git/objects目录存在损坏对象，因无重要本地更改，执行git reset --hard后看似解决问题，但执行git add .时出现以下错误：

尝试多种方案后，要么回到损坏对象问题，要么仍触发上述错误，重新克隆仓库也无法解决。
