MAUI中Shell.NavBarIsVisible="False"无法隐藏导航栏的问题排查

1. 处理Windows系统标题栏（关键） #

默认MAUI Windows应用的顶部灰色栏是系统标题栏，而非Shell的导航栏，仅设置Shell属性无法生效。需要在Windows平台专属代码中隐藏它：

打开Platforms/Windows/App.xaml.cs，修改OnLaunched方法：

2. 确保Shell和页面的布局设置正确 #

• 在AppShell.xaml中确认已禁用Shell导航栏和标签栏：

• 打开MainPage.xaml，移除页面默认的Padding（默认可能设置了Padding="30,0"），确保内容能顶到屏幕顶部：

重新构建并运行Windows应用，此时汽车图片应该能顶到屏幕顶部，原有的灰色标题栏区域会被消除。
