本地构建正常，Azure Pipeline构建报Error CS1061：IServiceCollection无对应方法定义

按照官方文档配置ASP.NET Core应用的Application Insights后，本地可正常构建，但Azure Pipeline构建时抛出错误（错误截图：）。相关代码如下：
