你遇到的报错是因为MongoDB驱动无法将.NET DateTime的.Date属性翻译成MongoDB支持的查询操作符。要实现服务器端筛选（避免全表拉取到内存），可以直接利用驱动对Month和Day属性的翻译支持，或者使用聚合管道。

报错原因说明

你之前的查询可能使用了类似e.BirthDate.Date.Month的写法，.Date是.NET框架提供的属性，用于提取DateTime的日期部分（去掉时分秒），但MongoDB驱动无法将这个操作翻译成MongoDB的查询语法，因此抛出“{document}{BirthDate}.Date is not supported”错误。

而直接访问BirthDate.Month和BirthDate.Day时，驱动会自动将其转换为MongoDB的$month和$dayOfMonth聚合操作符，在服务器端完成过滤，无需将全量数据拉取到本地内存。
