解决方案 #

• 使用--user参数（快速解决）
  执行以下命令，将pip安装到当前用户专属目录，无需系统权限：

  python -m pip install --upgrade pip --user
  

• 以管理员身份运行终端
  右键点击命令提示符/Windows PowerShell，选择「以管理员身份运行」，再执行原更新命令：

  python -m pip install --upgrade pip
  

• 修改Python安装目录权限

  1. 打开Python安装路径：C:\program files\python38
  2. 右键目录→属性→安全标签
  3. 选中当前用户，点击「编辑」，勾选「修改」权限后保存

• 使用虚拟环境（长期推荐）
  虚拟环境可隔离系统环境，彻底避免权限冲突：

  1. 创建虚拟环境：

     python -m venv myenv
     

  2. 激活虚拟环境：
     • CMD：myenv\Scripts\activate
     • PowerShell：myenv\Scripts\Activate.ps1
  3. 激活后直接更新pip：

     pip install --upgrade pip
