如果不想安装CMake，可以直接安装针对Windows+Python3.12预编译好的dm-tree轮子：

1. 获取对应Python版本和系统架构的dm-treewheel文件（如dm_tree-0.1.8-cp312-cp312-win_amd64.whl）
2. 使用pip安装该wheel文件：

pip3 install dm_tree-0.1.8-cp312-cp312-win_amd64.whl

3. 再次执行pip3 install keras完成安装
