Android唤起文件应用并定位至下载目录的技术实现问题

需求说明 #

将文件放入Downloads目录后，唤起文件应用并直接导航至该目录，效果等同于用户手动打开文件应用，支持用户正常操作文件（如点击文件唤起默认处理程序）。

现有尝试及问题 #

尝试1：ACTION_VIEW打开目录 #
