MAUI中RefreshView内ListView引发整体UI滚动问题求助

如果需要Label和SearchBar固定在顶部，不随列表滚动，就把布局拆分成两部分：顶部固定区域放在RefreshView外面，RefreshView只包裹ListView，这样下拉刷新只会作用于列表，顶部控件保持不动，同时ListView的高度被Grid的*行高约束为剩余屏幕空间，正常滚动。
