• 执行操作：以租户管理员身份通过Graph Explorer调用Microsoft Graph Beta接口，查询用户03bc2854-da85-49d4-a6cb-0f372170e3a4的个人已安装Teams应用
• 请求命令：

GET https://graph.microsoft.com/beta/users/03bc2854-da85-49d4-a6cb-0f372170e3a4/teamwork/installedApps?$expand=teamsApp,teamsAppDefinition&$filter=teamsApp/externalId eq '068661a0-624f-4fcd-a4e8-70dd5738ec99'

• 异常情况：目标用户并未安装externalId为068661a0-624f-4fcd-a4e8-70dd5738ec99的自定义应用（该应用仅被其他用户安装），但接口返回了该应用的安装记录，与已安装该应用的用户返回结果一致，预期应返回0条数据。
