2024.1.5后Instagram Graph API故事接口缺失caption字段求助

问题背景 #

自2022年起使用Instagram Graph API，2024年1月5日之后，部分用户的Story数据中缺失caption字段。在Graph API Explorer中悬停caption字段时，显示提示："Field is empty or disallowed by the access token"。此前该字段可正常读取，调整API使用方式后问题仍未解决。

可能原因与排查方向 #

1. 权限/API政策变更 #

Meta在2024年初可能调整了Story caption字段的读取规则，即便持有instagram_basic权限，也可能针对Story场景新增了权限要求。

• 核对Meta最新的Instagram Graph API文档，确认caption字段的权限依赖是否有更新。
• 确认access token生成流程合规（需关联对应Facebook Page，且用户授权完整），尝试重新生成token后测试。

2. 用户隐私设置限制 #

部分用户可能调整了Instagram隐私设置，导致第三方应用无法读取其Story的caption：

• 检查目标用户的Story隐私设置，确认其是否允许关联的Facebook Page/应用访问内容（需用户将账号与Page绑定，且未开启严格隐私限制）。
• 若用户设置了Story仅对特定好友可见，或禁止第三方应用获取数据，API将无法返回caption字段。

3. 字段返回逻辑调整 #

Meta可能修改了API返回逻辑：当caption为空或权限不足时，不再返回该字段（此前可能返回null）。

• 直接查看Instagram客户端中对应Story是否存在文字描述，若实际无caption，字段缺失属于正常情况。
• 对比其他有明确caption的Story，看API是否能正常返回该字段，以此区分是逻辑调整还是权限问题。

4. 临时API服务异常 #

不排除Meta API在特定时段或针对部分用户群体出现临时故障：

• 在Graph API Explorer中测试不同用户的Story数据，确认是否只有特定用户出现该问题。
• 查看Meta开发者状态页面，确认是否有相关服务异常公告。
