Quarto(RMarkdown)子表副标题换行失效且溢出宽度问题求助

## 问题描述
- `tbl-cap`中使用`\\newline`可实现标题正常换行
- `tbl-subcap`中使用`\\newline`无效，副标题既不会自动适配表格宽度换行，还会溢出表格范围

用`\\newline`拆分`tbl-subcap`内容，试图实现多行显示，但未成功

1. **用HTML换行标签`<br>`替代`\\newline`**
Quarto支持解析HTML标签，直接在副标题字符串中插入`<br>`即可指定换行位置：
