如何解决UITableView最后一个Section的FooterView固定在底部的问题？

当UITableView的内容总高度小于其视图高度时，最后一个Section的Footer会被自动顶到底部；若内容超出视图范围仍出现该问题，大概率是自动高度计算逻辑缺失，或是Footer内部约束不完整导致高度计算错误，进而让TableView的contentSize计算异常。

具体解决方案 #

1. 补充Footer高度估计方法

仅设置heightForFooterInSection返回automaticDimension不足以让自动高度生效，必须配合实现estimatedHeightForFooterInSection，给TableView提供高度参考值：
