调用Pylint生成JSON报告后读取失败报JSONDecodeError问题

并非Pylint进程占用文件，而是pylint.lint.Run()实例持有文件输出流的句柄，脚本中紧接着读取文件时，Python垃圾回收机制还未释放该句柄，导致文件内容可能未完全写入磁盘，或读取时文件处于未完全关闭的状态。虽然手动打开文件时数据完整，但脚本读取时机过早，文件流缓冲区尚未完成flush操作。

方法1：强制释放Run实例资源 #

在读取文件前，显式销毁Run实例并触发垃圾回收，确保文件句柄被关闭：
