Shiny应用中ggplotly的四类问题：图例、标题、工具栏显示异常

1. 图例精准放置在x轴标签正下方 #

通过ggplot主题设置+plotly布局参数配合优化：

• 在ggplot的theme()中，设置legend.position = "bottom"，同时用legend.box.margin = margin(t = 15, b = 0)增加图例上方空白，避免和x轴标签重叠；
• 在plotly的layout()中，调整x轴的margin.bottom给图例留足显示空间，再设置图例y坐标为负数，确保完全落在x轴标签下方，同时用xanchor = "center"让图例居中对齐x轴。

2. 长标题换行并保留副标题 #

不要在plotly中手动覆盖标题（会丢失副标题），直接在ggplot阶段处理：

• 在ggplot的labs(title = ...)里用\n手动给长标题换行；
• 保留ggplot的subtitle设置，ggplotly会自动将其转换为plotly的副标题；
• 如需自定义标题样式，直接在ggplot的theme()中设置plot.title和plot.subtitle的字体、大小等参数，转换后样式会完整保留。

3. 避免标题被Plotly工具栏遮挡 #

在plotly的layout()中调整标题位置：

• 设置标题的y坐标为大于1的值（比如y=1.05），同时设置yanchor = "top"，让标题向上偏移远离右上角工具栏；
• 调整图表的margin.top，给偏移后的标题留出足够显示空间。
