Windows服务器上SOLR 9.4无法从外部访问问题求助

• Windows服务器部署SOLR 9.4，端口8983，依赖JDK 21
• 服务器本地通过浏览器访问http://localhost:8983/solr/#可正常打开Web界面，且能搜索Core
• 8983端口已开放，本地机器通过PowerShell执行tsc操作可连通该端口
• 本地机器浏览器访问http://servername:8983/solr/#时提示无法访问页面
• 切换为SOLR 8.11.1并使用8983端口后，本地机器可正常远程访问
