Flask应用本地正常，Heroku部署失败报pkgutil.ImpImporter错误

我的Flask应用在本地运行正常，但部署到Heroku时编译失败，报错AttributeError: module 'pkgutil' has no attribute 'ImpImporter'。我试过参考相关问题，手动给requirements.txt添加python==3.12.1，但问题没解决。以下是相关文件和部署日志：

另外，执行pip freeze >requirements.txt生成的文件原本不包含python==3.12.1，我手动添加了该条目，但无论是否添加，部署时都会出现相同错误。
