Docker部署Mosquitto：外部密码文件挂载失败问题解决

问题背景 #

我已经成功通过以下Docker命令启动Mosquitto服务：

docker run -it --name mosquitto -p 1883:1883 --rm -v /home/ec2-user/mosquitto/config/mosquitto.conf:/mosquitto/config/mosquitto.conf eclipse-mosquitto

使用的配置文件内容如下：

persistence false
allow_anonymous false
connection_messages true
log_type all
listener 1883

我的需求是像挂载配置文件一样，将密码文件放在容器外部，方便后续服务器更换时快速迁移配置。

尝试步骤 #

1. 先通过上述命令启动容器，进入容器内部创建密码文件，再将文件内容复制到宿主机的/home/ec2-user/mosquitto/password/passwordfile路径下。
2. 在mosquitto.conf中添加密码文件配置：

password_file /etc/mosquitto/passwordfile

3. 执行新的启动命令，挂载外部密码文件：

docker run -it --name mosquitto -p 1883:1883 --rm -v /home/ec2-user/mosquitto/config/mosquitto.conf:/mosquitto/config/mosquitto.conf -v /home/ec2-user/mosquitto/password/passwordfile:/etc/mosquitto/passwordfile eclipse-mosquitto

报错信息 #

启动容器时出现路径/权限错误：

1706733322: Error: Unable to open pwfile "/etc/mosquitto/passwordfile".
1706733322: Error opening password file "/etc/mosquitto/passwordfile".

解决方案 #

问题根源是密码文件的路径配置或权限不匹配，具体修正步骤如下：

1. 对齐挂载路径与配置 #

确保配置文件中指定的password_file路径和Docker挂载的容器内路径完全一致。比如将配置文件中的路径改为容器内Mosquitto默认有权限访问的目录：

password_file /mosquitto/password/passwordfile

对应的启动命令调整挂载路径：

docker run -it --name mosquitto -p 1883:1883 --rm -v /home/ec2-user/mosquitto/config/mosquitto.conf:/mosquitto/config/mosquitto.conf -v /home/ec2-user/mosquitto/password/passwordfile:/mosquitto/password/passwordfile eclipse-mosquitto

2. 修复文件权限 #

如果路径正确仍报错，大概率是容器内Mosquitto进程没有读取密码文件的权限。eclipse-mosquitto容器内默认以mosquitto用户（UID/GID为1883）运行，需要给宿主机上的密码文件设置对应权限：

# 设置文件可读权限
chmod 644 /home/ec2-user/mosquitto/password/passwordfile
# 更改文件所属用户组为容器内mosquitto用户对应的UID/GID
chown 1883:1883 /home/ec2-user/mosquitto/password/passwordfile
