A few key details about the problem:

• My network connection is fully stable whenever this occurs.
• Sometimes opening Edge’s DevTools immediately triggers a "Network disconnected" prompt, but closing DevTools and refreshing the page lets the content load normally.
• Other times, opening DevTools doesn’t cause any issues at all; the problem only pops up when I adjust the window size (specifically while using the "Dimensions: Responsive" mode, as seen in the screenshot).
• This problem is exclusive to Edge—I’ve tested Brave and Chrome, and neither browser exhibits this behavior.

I’ve already tried these troubleshooting steps with no luck:

• Resetting browser storage
• Performing a full reinstall of Edge
• Updating Edge to the latest available version

Has anyone run into this exact issue before, or have suggestions for other fixes I can try?
