browser.windows.create API部分用户返回undefined，求排查具体原因

部分用户反馈在MV3的Service Worker脚本里调用browser.windows.create时，回调参数windowData偶尔会是undefined，这个问题没法稳定复现。当前使用的代码如下：

      type: 'popup',
      height: Math.round(request.height),
      width: Math.round(request.width),
      left: Math.round(request.left),
      top: Math.round(request.top)
    }, function (windowData) { 
       callback(windowData)
    })

可以从这几个方向排查：

• 参数合法性校验：代码里用了Math.round，但要确认request对象里的height、width、left、top是不是有可能是NaN或者非数值类型。如果参数不合法，浏览器可能静默失败，导致回调返回undefined。建议加前置校验：

• Service Worker上下文稳定性：MV3的Service Worker可能会休眠或被终止，调用API时如果上下文不稳定，异步回调容易出问题。可以改用Promise形式的API，同时捕获错误：

• 权限与窗口参数限制：先确认扩展已经在manifest.json里声明了windows权限：

  另外，不同浏览器对弹窗的位置、大小有强制限制（比如不能超出屏幕范围），如果参数超出限制，窗口创建失败后可能返回undefined。可以加屏幕边界校验：

• 回调函数异常排查：检查callback函数内部有没有未捕获的错误，有时候会误以为是API返回undefined，实际是回调自身出错。可以在回调里加日志定位：
