如何在R Markdown中全局设置打印数据框自动左对齐？

我能在代码块里手动通过print(head(iris, n=1), right = FALSE)让输出左对齐，但想在整个R Markdown文档里全局设置该对齐方式，不用每次都手动添加参数。

原示例（默认右对齐） #

## 全局设置方法
在文档开头的`setup`代码块中添加`options(print.right = FALSE)`，修改`print`函数的全局默认参数：

---

```{r setup, include=FALSE}
knitr::opts_chunk$set(echo = TRUE)
# 全局设置print输出左对齐
options(print.right = FALSE)

之后所有代码块的输出（包括直接调用`head(iris, n=1)`这类隐式触发`print`的场景）都会默认左对齐：
