使用nvm安装Node后命令无法识别，执行nvm use报错求助

• 安装了nvm用于管理Node版本，nvm版本：0.39.7
• 通过nvm安装了Node 18、21版本

执行nvm use 18或nvm use 21时出现如下错误：

nvm current: none
node -v: zsh: bus error node -v

已尝试重新安装nvm和Node，问题仍未解决。
