Azure Portal与Entra权限问题（AADSTS16000）：无法访问自身租户

昨天我在portal.azure.com创建了免费账户，但多数页面返回权限问题，报错信息如下：

The logged in user is not authorized to fetch tokens for extension 'Microsoft_AAD_IAM' because the user account is not a member of tenant

目前我无法访问自身租户，能看到租户ID但租户不在列表中，Azure Portal和Entra均存在该问题，甚至无法通过Microsoft_Azure_Support提交支持请求。
