新版Visual Studio Installer导致离线布局失效，出现ExitCode 5008错误

我们使用VS2022 Professional LTSC 17.8.5的离线布局，此前更新运行正常，今日执行更新时出现异常。

此前可用的更新命令 #

之前主机通过以下命令完成更新，同时将vs_installer更新至版本3.8.2122.285739328：

\path-to-layout\vs_professional.exe update --passive --norestart --wait --nocache --noWeb --installPath "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Professional"

此前%temp%目录下的dd_bootstrapper_*.log日志显示更新成功，但今日执行相同命令时，vs_professional.exe以ExitCode 5008退出。

已尝试的无效操作 #

• 按官方文档执行命令更新安装器，依旧报错：

  vs_professional.exe --quiet --update --offline
  

额外文档问题 #

离线布局维护的官方文档存在不一致性：

• --offline参数未被官方文档记录
• --noUpdateInstaller参数在有网/无网环境下表现不同
