如何提前自动检测Visual Studio需重新输入凭据？

• 用Azure CLI快速验证
  直接在终端执行az account show，能正常返回当前订阅信息说明凭据有效；如果抛出AuthenticationFailed类错误，就意味着需要重新登录。可以把这个命令加到项目启动脚本里，Function启动前自动执行，检测到问题直接弹出提示。

• 通过MSBuild任务前置检查
  在项目的.csproj文件中添加自定义MSBuild目标，在构建前自动验证凭据，失效时直接终止构建并给出明确提示：
