Cordova iOS端allow-intent规则失效：指定链接无法外部打开

问题根源 #

1. 规则匹配顺序错误：Cordova的allow-intent规则按从上到下顺序匹配，先命中的规则会覆盖后续规则。你当前配置中，<allow-intent href="https://*/*" />放在社交媒体、PDF规则之前，所有HTTPS链接都会先触发这个无launch-external="yes"的规则，导致iOS用内置浏览器打开，后续特殊规则完全不生效。
