无法安装ai4bharat-transliteration，遇omegaconf版本兼容问题

安装ai4bharat-transliteration时出现以下警告，且已安装Visual C++ build tools仍无法完成安装：

以下是可行的解决步骤：

• 先安装指定版本的omegaconf和PyYAML，规避版本依赖冲突：

  pip install omegaconf==2.1.1 PyYAML==5.4.1
  

• 再执行ai4bharat-transliteration的安装命令：

  pip install ai4bharat-transliteration
  

• 若上述方法无效，可尝试跳过自动依赖检查，手动安装依赖：

  pip install ai4bharat-transliteration --no-deps
