Docker卷绑定引发IIS 401.3错误的技术求助

问题现象 #

• 首次加载网站正常，数次刷新后触发401.3错误，等待约30秒后刷新可恢复正常
• 直接访问localhost会直接返回401.3，必须使用localhost/index.php这类带具体文件名的URL才能访问

对比验证 #

改用Dockerfile中的COPY ./data C:\inetpub\wwwroot命令部署代码后，网站运行完全正常，无上述异常。

排查结果 #

检查访问控制列表（ACL）发现：docker-compose卷绑定方式生成的文件/文件夹ACL与COPY命令生成的不一致，且受Docker限制无法修改卷内资源的ACL。

已尝试的解决方案 #

使用非默认应用程序池和网站配置，问题未得到解决。
