添加CommunityToolkit.Maui包后遇平台版本配置问题，求解决方案

我仅添加了CommunityToolkit.Maui包，但无法理解当前出现的问题。

当前项目的OS版本配置如下：

解决方案 #

• iOS平台：CommunityToolkit.Maui要求iOS最低版本为14.0，把SupportedOSPlatformVersion改成14.0及以上
• Mac Catalyst平台：将SupportedOSPlatformVersion升级到15.0及以上
• Android平台：当前21.0满足要求，若后续仍有问题可升级至24.0
• Windows平台：保持10.0.17763.0或升级到更高兼容版本

修改后的配置示例：

改完后清理项目再重新构建，就能解决版本不兼容的问题。
