Java LocalTime.parse本地Spring Boot正常，Docker容器解析失败

核心原因 #

Alpine Linux镜像默认未预装英文本地化（locale）组件，容器内Java运行时默认使用C/POSIX locale，这类本地化规则不支持解析带英文句点的"p.m."/"a.m."格式标记；而本地开发环境通常已配置英文locale，因此可以正常解析。

解决办法 #

方案1：容器环境层面修复（推荐） #

修改Dockerfile，安装Alpine的locale包并设置英文本地化环境：
