使用Rust从澳统计局下载Zip文件失败，Python代码可正常运行

问题原因 #

70字节的返回内容并非目标Zip文件，而是服务器返回的拦截提示或重定向响应。澳大利亚统计局（ABS）的服务器会验证请求的User-Agent头：

• Python requests库的默认UA（如python-requests/2.31.0）被服务器允许访问，能正常获取完整文件；
• Rust reqwest库的默认UA（如reqwest/0.11.22）被服务器识别为非标准客户端，拒绝返回完整资源。

修正后的Rust代码 #

添加服务器认可的User-Agent头即可解决问题：
