Camel Parser本地IDE安装失败求助：依赖报错与跨系统问题

我在Google Colab（Python版本3.10.12）上成功安装并正常使用了Camel Parser，但在PyCharm和Visual Studio Code两款IDE中均无法完成安装。

更新信息：该库在基于Linux Ubuntu的Google Colab中运行正常，但在我的Windows11上无法安装。为排查是否为系统问题，我尝试在Ubuntu（Python3.11.6、3.9.0）及macOS（Python3.9）上安装，仍出现相同错误。

• 更换旧版本Python（因Python3.11报错提示）；
• 在Python3.11中执行命令 pip install camel-tools==1.5.2 强制安装；
• 从源码安装camel_tools和kenlm包。
