Syncfusion/Xamarin数字键盘异常：同一按钮显示双字符

问题现象 #

• 物理平板设备上，使用Numeric或切换为Email键盘时，键盘按钮内显示两个字符（如数字键同时显示数字与符号）
• Pixel 5 Android模拟器无此异常

可行解决方案 #

• 切换系统输入法测试
  部分平板默认输入法对Xamarin应用的键盘适配存在兼容性问题，尝试切换为谷歌输入法等标准系统输入法，验证异常是否消失。

• 使用Syncfusion自定义键盘组件
  替换原生Editor为Syncfusion的SfNumericTextBox，避免依赖系统键盘渲染，示例代码：
