PyQt5中QComboBox的HorizontalScrollBar遮挡最后一项求助

问题原因 #

QComboBox的下拉视图（QListView）默认计算下拉框高度时，不会预留水平滚动条的显示空间。当水平滚动条触发显示时，会挤占列表项的显示区域，导致最后一项被遮挡；同时错误的高度计算会让Qt误判列表内容超出视图高度，触发不必要的垂直滚动条。

解决方案 #

自定义QListView，重写sizeHint()方法，在计算下拉框高度时主动判断水平滚动条是否需要显示，若需要则预留对应高度；也可通过动态调整视图边距解决该问题。

方法一：自定义ListView重写sizeHint #
