1. 修复os.walk解包错误 #

os.walk()每次迭代返回三个值：当前目录路径root、当前目录下的子目录列表dirs、当前目录下的文件列表files。你之前只声明了两个变量接收返回值，因此触发too many values to unpack (expected 2)错误，必须用三个变量接收。

2. 避免同一目录重复修改 #

不需要遍历目录下的所有.txt文件，只需判断当前目录是否存在符合条件的文件，存在则处理一次该目录即可。推荐用any()函数实现短路判断（找到第一个符合条件的文件就停止检查，效率更高）：
