问题排查与修复

核心错误点：

选择器语法错误：document.querySelectorAll('data_point') 写法错误。如果目标元素是带有data_point类名的元素，必须写成 .data_point（类选择器需前置.）；若为自定义标签，浏览器无法识别data_point标签，会返回空数组，导致choices为空，后续逻辑完全失效。
变量名不匹配：submitForm的forEach循环中，定义了customAttributeName和customAttributeValue，但调用appboy.getUser().setCustomData()时误用了未定义的customDataName和customDataValue，这会触发引用错误，导致函数执行中断（部分浏览器可能默认隐藏此类错误，需手动打开F12控制台查看）。
表单ID拼写错误：const form = document.getElementById('orm'); 中的orm应为form，否则hideForm操作的是不存在的元素，虽不影响submitForm执行，但会导致表单隐藏功能异常。
