Flutter中launchUrl无法打开URL但浏览器可正常访问问题

问题 #

尝试通过Flutter代码启动指定URL失败，但该URL在浏览器中可正常打开。相关日志如下：

原因分析 #

1. 平台权限配置缺失：url_launcher插件需要在Android/iOS的配置文件中声明URL Scheme权限，否则系统无法识别可处理该URL的应用组件，导致component name为空、canLaunchUrl返回false。
2. Android 11+包可见性限制：Android 11及以上版本新增包可见性规则，若未声明可访问的浏览器应用，系统无法找到对应的处理组件。
3. Uri解析异常：URL中特殊字符未正确转义，或参数拼接错误，可能导致解析后的Uri不符合规范，影响系统识别。

在android/app/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml中添加包可见性声明，允许应用查询处理HTTP/HTTPS链接的应用：

3. 检查Uri解析结果：打印解析后的Uri，确认参数未被错误转义或丢失：
